This DAMN software!!!!

So last month I asked this question:

I had to Unzoone and reinstall using Szip2 a couple of months ago due to a zAlternator issue. The software was telling me an upgrade was available and did I want to let it? After asking here, folks said I should--so I did.

Well I just got around to letting it update—now, whenever I try to play anything in the program, be it music or video, it won't open. It just says "Opening _____________" with the blank, of course, being whatever media file I'm trying to play. It still lets me go back and forth between the different screens, lets me close the program, just won't play and won't let me select an alternative to play.

Any ideas—other than ANOTHER trip to Unzoone/Reinstall world again? I'm sure I'd still need to Upgrade and would still have a problem.

theres one more idea.. call microsoft/zune 877-get-zune lol... or uninstall it again.. thats the only choices mainly

I had this problem too, and the way I fixed it was simply uninstalling without UnZoone and just reinstalling again, and it worked fine for me
