Zune Video Sync Issue

Problem: Can't sync videos. I converted all to .WMV and tried to sync and it trys to convert files and fails. Tried putting 30 files on. 3 went on, rest failled, but all the files are the same format, from the same source, used by same converter. Had this issue before and wired it into back, then it worked. Did it this time, fail. Reset, fail. New port, fail. Reinstall software, fail. Reset Library, fail.

Please help me!
