mp4 videos not recognized in software

It doesn't recognize them so it doesn't even convert them.

This is a real bummer, any help?

It might be they are a type of MP4 not supported.

I'd try converting with third party software.

it should recognize it... but try to restart and readd it.. if not working.. just convert it to wmv.
