So I have done a lot to try and alleviate this problem, with no success. Here is what i have tried
Different cables Different computers and ports Hard/Soft Reset and whatever one deletes everything Took it apart and cant see any thing that meets the eye in the matters of the charge port or battery. Un-Install-reinstall software. So why wont it connect to my computer or even be recognized, or even hold a charge? This all happened after an update. I have seen tons of people with this problem and my zune is barley out of warrant and Microsoft is being a D!6k about it. Should I just sell it and take a loss or is there something i am missing? |

Uninstall with UnZoone and reinstall with the full package. An update will not cause the Zune to loose its battery life.
PS: Taking it apart is not a good idea, it voids your warranty.
