Zune Program isnt opening! help please!!

Everytime i try to open my zune program it says that it has encountered an error and needs to close. i have uninstalled and reinstalled it countless times, and still no go. nothing is working. and i cant add or delete anything off my zune!
im soooo sad! please help me!
