Hey everyone, this is my first post (woohoo)
![]() So I recently bought a white 30GB Zune and downloaded the Windows Media Encoder because that seemed to be what a lot of people used and liked. I followed a guide from the Zune Thoughts website (sorry but I couldn't find a better user's guide) and was under the assumption that this would allow me to just transfer the file right to the Zune. However, when I connect my Zune, the file still takes forever and says "converting". I left it on overnight because of it's incredibly slow speed and when I woke up the file was still not done. I am unsure as to why it needs to convert again and why it takes so long. Can someone offer any help? Thanks Jay_Ee_Zee ![]() |

Depending on your movie or video you want to convert, you should make your own profile for converting.
I can make custom profile for you if you tell me the video codec specifications of your original videos. You can found that out easily by using a program called "media info" You can download it here ![]() |
