Angry 30gb Zune cuts off when unplugged.

I have a white 30 gb zune. I just replaced my stolen zune and now this one has problems. I've had it for about 2 weeks now. When i connect it to the computer it syncs and charges like normal but when Its done with all of that and fully charged, I unplug it and it cuts off automaticlly and it won't come on even if I press the restart button. Sometimes if I press a button it will come on and boot up but when it gets to the menu it shuts off again. and it does the same but it repeats over again and again, if I plug it up to a different computer without the zune program. I'm so mad right now...

Try Re-installing the firmware
When the zune boots up, press Back+Left+Center, then reconnect the zune to the computer and re-install the firmware
If that doesn't help, someone else might give you a better suggestion, if all fails, try calling 1-877-Get-Zune

The battery is dying inside your Zune, and can no longer keep a charge. You will have to send the Zune in to Microsoft to get it fixed.
