Angry Can't Add Songs

Well, I've been working on this problem for a few days now.

I own a Zune first generation 30 GB and I was fine with it until recently. I ripped a book on CD. Put it on a folder D:\Music_Zune. I added the folder on the Watched folder under settings. I did all the MP3 Tags. However Zune was unable to browse and add the files on that folder.

I erased the content of zune, but I had no luck with that either. Now on the watched folder only D:\music_zune exists. I erased WMP library as well and added only the files from d:\music_zune.

When I start sync, it did not find the files.

Anyone can help with my problem? Otherwise, I'm ready to go back to Ipod with Itunes where all I have to do to add music is click Add Files to Library.

Uninstall with Unzoone and reinstall again.

thanks, John.
I followed your direction and uninstalled the zune software using Unzoone. I downloaded the latest zune software and installed it.

I pointed the monitored folder to c:\music_zune.

Well, it worked. Kind of. It found 119 files on the directory, but it only transferred 78 files in no particular order. So it's missing 41 tracks!.

I tried to find the difference between the missing tracks and transferred tracks. I could not find any difference. I used MP3TAG to tag all the tracks.

What gives?

That happened to me a few times. I usually just resorted to dragging and dropping the tracks that it missed. It was only about 25 tracks so it wasn't so bad.

that usually happens while trying to sync large numbers of files at once, try syncing smaller numbers of files instead
