Has anyone tried the zalternator?

I can't seem to get this hack to work. It finds the zune in WMP 11, but I can't get it to sync anything. Is it supposed too? I don't know. Please help. I guess I'm kind of a newbie.

Read the instructions

1. Connect your Zune to your PC
2. Open up the Zune Software
3. Get a music, picture, or recommended a video file to sync
4. Start sync
5. Stop the sync before it finishes
6. Open up zAlternator and change it to WMP 11
7. Open up WMP 11 and start syncing

I really don't see why you want to use other softwares to sync. Wats wrong with Zune Software?

Alot of people have problems with their zune software, This program just gives you a choice of programs now.

Have you used the new software? its not very easy to make changes to your content. As fas as trying the zalternator, i have it but i cant get wmp11 to recognize my zune i follow all the steps but when i go into wmp11 nothing.
