Multiple Zune Issues!

1. i have multiples of songs.
2. i have songs that are wrongly associated with artists, albums, and titles.
3. my zune software causes my computer to freeze, even if im only listening to the music in my library.

i have tried so many things to fix all of these problems...but nothing seems to work!!! i have even called the zune helpline and it STILL didnt work.

HELP!!

1. The new software updates supposedly fixes that. Try it.
2. Try editing them yourself. http://www.zuneboards.com/forums/tut...=editing+songs
3. That might be a ram problem.

1+2. Try running the media reset tool, doing a hard reset on your Zune, then resynching all content.

3. What are your computer specs?

so ive realized the the updates were SUPPOSED to fix that... but it didnt

and even though i edit the songs ( right clicking and editing), the song info sometimes snaps back, or doesnt even let me change anything.

not exactly sure what you mean by media reset tool...

and my computer is messed up. i called about it and its gettting fixed.

And believe me, it works! Used it on my mom's software (she was complaining about the organization of the software).

Try using zAlternator.

[nal_ra]

if your computer freezes using the software, i think its time for a RAM change, or a new computer.

otherwise, use metadata changing softwares to organize your songs.

In that case, your ability to use the computer is the problem. 6 month old computer is considered new. Zune and its software runs perfectly fine on my 6 year old 1.3ghz computer very well. No lag what-so-ever.
