Default Question regarding Operating System for Installation

So my first Zune was a disaster. As I was installing the Zune Software, it was doing the firmware update on my Zune and the screen on my Zune just froze. It kept saying "Please Wait. Do Not Disconnect..." after an hour so I figured something's up. I couldn't restart the Zune, and I couldn't turn it off. I unplugged it, waited for the battery to drain, and charged it up again. It powered up to the same "Please Wait. Do Not Disconnect Screen."

I'm getting a replacement tomorrow. My operating system is Windows XP Media Center Edition 2002, Service Pack 2. However, I did the update 2005 Service Pack 2 on WindowsUPdate.com, but when I go to Properties > System, it still list it as 2002, Service Pack 2.

The Windows Update History says I've downloaded and installed Rollup Update MCE 2005, SP 2.

Do you think I should be ok? I'm afraid that when I get my replacement, the same thing is doing to happen again..the frozen screen. Has anyone experienced this problem or am I the only one?
