Will costco let u return a used zune w/o receipt?

i have an earlier post of how my zune doesnt work at all. i have called support and they cant help execpt get a new one. i was wondering if costco would let me exchange for a new one bc i got it as a gift from my grandma but she cant find receipt. can someone help me out here?
i dont wanna make a trip there for nothing so thats why im asking.

ps- i have the zune warranty that came with the box.

idk but say it was a gift or something and u dont have the receipt? worth a try i guess

I dunno about Costco but Walmart usually lets you return just about anything for an even swap or store credit.

I don't think so but maybe there's a slight chance since they know you're not just anyone, you're someone with a membership with them.

You SHOULD be able to pull that off. You could also try this Concierge thing they have there. I returned mine there for cash back today. They had no brown ones there, so I went elsewhere. But they took mine back w/ a receipt, so I'm not sure. They said if there is any problem, try Concierge first, but you might get away with giving it to them.
