i just downloaded the new zune update from 12-18-07
my zune will not sync up since. tried all of the msft things to try...no luck

any ideas?

Try uninstalling with unzone and reinstalling with SZIP2.

wat do u mean it doesn't sync. Does it not recognize it? if try to sync, does it say syncing and percentage?
