Default Zune software converts...

Ok I have converted a few different files in WMV format at different bit-rates, and no matter what the Zune software STILL tried to convert what i've already converted.

Here are 2 pictures.

The first...

The settings I used.

And the output file...

I've using WinAVI(as u can see)

Anyone know what i can change?

Try making sure the video output is 320 x 240.

maybe try lowering the audio bitrate, down to like 1000kbps at least.

also take another screen shot scrolled up on the summary of file, just so we can see that the width really is 320 and height 240. maybe winavi screwed something up and encoded it different from the settings you set...

The DVD quality video profile has a high bitrate. Try using another one.

That shouldn't be too slow, that should be pretty good actually.
Why do you say it's too slow, how does it look?
