wireless won't work wtf

okay so i have a friend who got a zune the same time i did and after updating the firmware and stuff his wireless settings wont work. he tried a few things and stuff but when he goes to settings his wireless is on and then when he checks community it says it is off. does anyone know how to fix that?


***also for those who want to convert video so that it works on the zune i suggest windows media encoder

***i also have a scratch on the screen is there a way to fix it?

About the WiFi thing, I think you should call the Zune tech support, asap.

im not sure if theres a way to fix the scratch..

and yes call tech support and keep us updated on the reasons

also try reseting the player by pushing back and up, that fixes mine whenever it does that

The scratch can not be "fixed" but there are ways you can dull it.

Something like Displex/Polywatch would be suitable... or even something like AppleSauce.
I have not personally tested this on the Zune, but it did work quite well on two Zen Vision:Ms (one of which, was mine)
