Cant install filmware 1.2 for zune

Ive been trying for a couple of days to put stuff on my zune but when i connect my zune it says i have to update.. the problem there is that my pc makes the window small for some reason so i cant see all the option like "Next" ect.. i will add a ss to show whoever can help me what i mean. Please if anyone can find a solution tell me i really want to use my zune

try going to the windows classic theme with all default settings (inc. normal font sizes and such).

do you guys have the newest versions of Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player?

Go to Start>Programs>Windows Update, and install all critical updates.
