So I've been searching the forums here, noticing that some people have been having a problem connecting their Zune to the PC.... Well, I am one of those also....
What's weird is it worked like a gem up until the last weekend. Now it's being very weird. When I connect it to my laptop I get the connection sound, but it doesn't do anything, and if I unplug it, it makes the disconnect sound... My computer doesn't seem to see it, and I know the software sees it for about a second or 2 and then drops it. I have constantly uninstalled the drivers and then reinstalled them. And now, because I'm done studying, I took a bit of a closer look at an error message from the Zune Properties... And I now know this ain't good. (attached)...
Anyone here know what I can do, if anything? If nothing else I have an extended warranty from Circuit City, but I'd much rather not go there unless absolutely necessary...
