Zune 120gig "Contact Support"

i am/was a prowd owner of the Zune 120gig Gears of War limited edition but i have sad news,
my zune fell, from aprox. 1.50 meter, and i picked it up and it was still working.. i listened to some music for 2 minutes or so and then it stopped responding (it froze) the screen wus frozen for about 2 minutes and then it went black, i try'd to reset it and i saw the menu flicker once when he was about to reset.
so he started again got the zune loading screen and then when it was full the screen went black, but it was still on (the screen was glowing).
i searched the internet for a solution, found a couple solutions, i try'd to follow one by resetting it completely. (back - centre and play) it said please wait (3) and then it said connect to computer.. did so and i needed to update him, but i got an error which said cant update try again later.
he zune device still said open zune software (this was allready open, my zune software coudnt connect to the zune) so nothing happened, i used soft reset again (back + up) and it rebooted again.
this time i got please wait (3) and after that i got Contact Support (5)
i dont know what to do now, i bought mine in the us when i was there on holiday.. i live in holland, and afaik zune wasnt released in europe so i therefore think there are no repair points i can send him to.
Please ANYONE i had my zune for only 2 months and i absolutely love it.. i payed alot of money for this device.. (350-400 euro)
the zune online repair thingy on the site said i coudnt use the repair here( in holland )
Please help me.. i am very sad :'(
if anyone knows a fix ill even pay you if you want, i NEED to get this fixed..
