When plugged into the computer or the house 110 outlet I get the same picture on the screen which looks like a "plug". I changed the battery and and still no difference. When I unplug the Zune the screen goes blank. It won't turn on. I can't tell if it is in a charging circuit or maybe the HD has crashed. Either way I'm not sure where to go from here!!
