zune repeatadly starts up :(

i plugged it into my computer and it just loads repeatedly without doing anything. when its not plugged in, the logo shows up and just shuts down. is it the virus everyone has been talking about?

No virus. Just hold down and the back button when the loading bar goes across the screen.

Let the battery die fully. Then when you plug it in to charge this should happen. Do it then. If that doesn't work hold back, center, left

My Zune has been acting up too. Mine is more dangerous in nature than your problem though. I will be listening to music and then my audio starts cutting in and out than I get an electric shock from my headphones and then when I check my Zune it restarted. What gives? This doesn't really occur when it is charging though.

By virus, do you mean the error with the coding in the clocks that only afflicted the Zune 30?
