I have tried everything to get my software to work for zune, I have done all the windows updates except for a security update for windows media player that for some reason will not update. What can I do? Everytime I try to install it says operating system not supported but it should be I have Windows XP professional. Please can someone walk me through this? I dont understand what I am doing wrong!
