Default DVD to Zune

I've seen some cases here on this process of DVD to Zune junk, but not what I bump into when I try it.

I'm trying to pass a movie I just bought on dvd, "over the hedge" to my zune player, I use dvdXsoft DVD to Zune Converter to do this process.. I get everything to go well, I choose the file I need, it converts fully, and it plays fine on the zune software, but whe it comes to doing the sync process, I get an error... I'm guessing it has to do w/the DRM protection, it says something about file not being protected or being protected, I cant remember now I'm at work. But the funny part is that when I tried running the dvdXsoft software for the first time, I ran a sample, I did the convertion process up to 55% or so of the movie, and then stopped it and transfered it to the zune, and it synced fine.

Any suggestions?? I'm thinking maybe I just need to stop it somewhre around the credits at the ending of the movie, or something.... or is it just the DVD to zune software that's not all that good.

Thanks in advance

Well, the issue is that DVDs are encrypted, so you can't run them through a processor without decrypting them. The sample file wasn't, so it ran just fine. I had an issue with this when I started divxing my dvd collection. Google search for dvd decrypter. It worked for every DVD I ever tried against it. It will copy the dvd to your harddrive, and decrypt it, and then you can run it through your converter.
Have fun. Hope this helps.

Well ussually it's how I do it, with DVD decrypter, but I couldnt get it to work since my Converter only opens from the DVD rom, it doesnt let me choose where I want to get the .VOB files from. And I like the way this converter works cause it reads the entire dvd and gives u 1 file with the entire movie inside, and you choose your audio & caps by just selecting checkmarks. Well I guess I'll try DVD decrypter, What do you use?? or what does anybody else use as a decrypter to read .vob files from your hard drive???

Thanks
