Is there a way to port this game


Button mapping
Accelerate: Touch anywhere
Brake: Have a section to brake that you touch
Turn: Tilt to side.

For programmers:

I dont know copy and paste?? I dont know

no need. they are working on a game "similar" to this. wait until next month

and yes it is portable but the code would have to be written and optimized properly for it to run "as good as in the video" even with tegra.

i dont know what you would need you would need to port it for. If its already created by microsoft why not wait untill it comes to the Marketplace???????

If someone ported this, id wet myself. Not because id be happy with the game, but because someone was able to port it!!! this game looks BEAST!!!

But then again, so doesn PGR. so im ok.

Its 3D = Not possible with Zune XNA

Why isn't 3D possible with Zune XNA? I never figured that out... there's got to be some way that we can make 3D games on it... it has a freaking tegra for crying out loud!

Ahh. There is a 2D engine that looks like it is 3D, while actually it is 3D. It pretty cool

Since computer monitors are currently 2d only devices everything that is drawn is actually in 2d. 3d GPUS take 3d descriptions of everything and transform them into 2d space and remember what is in front of what. But what gets drawn to the screen for every 3d game you ever played actually draws 2d triangles.

The light cycles game does all the calculations that a GPU would normally do on the CPU and then draws the 2d lines that look 3d. The CPU is not as good at this kind of work which is why you only get very simple 3d effects.

RIght now the XNA API does not give access to any of the tegra 3d - hopefully that will change at some point but nothing has been announced so we don't know if or when.
