Well not to be insulating, but Bolt he has a good idea the title not so much, but maybe he had to go somewhere quickly and didn't have time it might not have been his fault, but just my opinion.

The game concept is really pretty simple. The only thing I can actually think of causing a real problem would be coming up with a good formula for determining that deal, and even that's not hard. However, I can't imagine the game providing much entertainment without a real reward.

I find that video game versions of the television show do not work as well as the show, because what do you have to lose? Are you ever going to hit the deal button? probably not...
The game is a little bit more effective if you are competing with friends to see who leaves with the best deal, maybe some sort of multiplayer could be incorporated.
Maybe there can be achievements or something to incentivize people to play like they are on the show.

1st, you would have to have highscores. Multiplayer would be a bitch and take forever to play.

2nd - Do I detect laziness? Mulitplayer and other game modes would add the much needed dimensions to keep the game interesting for the end user.
3rd - Can I substitute the kitten for a much more delicious meat?
Not if it takes forever, my friend.
And kittens are tasty if you salt them correctly. Too much and it ruins the flavor. Barbequed is better than smoked, in my experience.
