NAME OF PROPOSED GAME:Phase 10 (or some other name to avoid copyrights)
Description of gameplay, including any necessary diagrams, illustrations, and links:
Basically its a card game with numbers 1-12, skip, and wild. There are also 4 colors the cards can come in, red, green, blue, and yellow. Then there are 10 phases that you have to try and complete throughout the hands (2 sets of 3, run of 7 such and such). There is also a score system(which i have never had any need for) where if someone else gets rid of all their cards you add up the points in your hand for your score(lower the better) and if on the last phase and 2 people lay it down then the one with the lower score wins. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3241/...d08b28.jpg?v=0
thats a handheld i have and it has a nice layout. if you are gonna take up the game i can take a pic and show you it closer
(NOTE: sorry i couldnt find an online version), if anyone does post it and i'll add it here.)

Board games
While most of those would be doable, the set of users that would be remotely interested in playing them is infinitesimal. Additionally, many of these games have massive complexity that makes them impractical to implement.
