The Zune Socail Net

A fake browser - like the one in GTA 4, where anyone can make their own "web" page, upload it to the game's forum, and then it is added to the deployment package. Once on the zune, the user can browse through everyones made up pages to read funny stories, learn about someone or something, or just do whatever. The user can make text pages and wifi them to other zunes.

A cursor for browsing the pages would need to be implemented. The user can type in a specific address or "url", or can look at a list of all deployed pages. The creating/deploying pages would be similar to how the song maker works for zune hero, in that a simple - easy to use standalone editor will help you create a page.

I don't know about you, but I'm not gonna let a silly thing like "Can't Connect to the internet with xna" stop me from networking on the zune

Hmm, that's an interesting concept.

This could be implemented as a text editor with formatting and WiFi capabilities.

This is a good idea but wouldn't take the zbook app and adding wifi be similair since you can't play games on the "web" pages

Would...

the text files be saved to a database (on the internet or on each separate computer) which was updated constantly to the zune,
or

would the pages be viewed only if a zune wifi'd a personal page to you?
