I'll try to give as much information as possible.

Game Name: Hexic

Pause/play button would be pause/play, U/D/L/R for moving the selector, center for rotating, back to switch rotation directions, hold back for Main Menu.

This is the game that came with every Xbox 360 on purchase.

It's similar to Bejeweled, but instead of the basic square shape of the pieces, the pieces are hexagonal. By rotating the hexagonal pieces in groups of three (of the same color), you try to make combinations of the pieces that look like this:

As you clear tiles, more fall from the top of the grid, randomly, to fill the empty spaces.

The pieces with stars in them act as multipliers: a combo with a star is 2x, two stars is 4x, and three stars (of any area) clears a large area of the grid.

Grouping six tiles of one color around one of another color makes a pearl, shown in the image below (silver). These allow you to grab all six pieces bordering the pearl and spin them all at once.

Grouping six pearls in the way described above makes a black pearl, also shown in the image below (black). These allow you to grab three tiles bordering it and rotate all of these with one click. Lines are shown on the black pearl indicating which 3 bordering pieces will rotate.

That's actually a very nice idea.
A very basic version of this would be nice.
But I don't think that a programmer would do it because it's basically Bejeweled.

I actually like this better than Bejeweled because it offers a level of strategy Bejeweled can't, because of the limited piece set.

If anyone wanted to do this, I'd be eternally grateful.

This is irrelevant since they released this game with 3.0.

Just did firmware upgrade and found Hexic and Texas Hold em in the game folder. As far as I can tell it is not a demo it's the full version. It is good!!!!!
