Default The ability to delete

I don't know much about XNA, but I had an idea

A "game" that could delete songs, videos, pictures, or podcasts. Since the Zune can't normally do that

But if it couldn't do that, this "game" could somehow mark said songs, etc. for deletion, so when the Zune is connected to a computer, they're deleted

Open your Zune Software, go to Settings, go to Device, go to Sync Options, and check the box that says "Don't sync content rated (the broken heart symbol)
Then all the songs your don't want, mark them with a broken heart symbol, it's basically doing what you want that game to do.

It doesnt have access to anything on the hard drive except its storage container(game folder), but it does have access to the media player that can play music but not actual access to the media files

Well, yeah, but what if over time you start to dislike a song that's on your Zune? Then you're not gonna want it to take up precious Zune space.

What I said was a suggestion for this, it's basically doing the same thing.

There is no way to delete files and no way to mark them for deletion. This idea cannot be implemented at this time.
