thanks MUfan1313 some people just don't know the up's about kirby. He was the sh*t on NES and it's 2D meaning it is possible.

kirby in dreamland... dude theres tons of kirby stuff on snes and gameboy, he got his start in 2d, lol, i thought everyone knew that

Don't bother, you'll have the same problems we did with Super Mario World. 'Zirby' was a better idea since it wouldnt be a direct clone. Though all the content would have to be origional and blah blah. Personally I couldn't care less, but you'll just get a bunch of crap about 'copyright infringement' if you try and port kirby. You'd have better chances with the Gameboy Emulator.

But just getting the ROM file anymore is almost impossible

I'll bet someone could go to QJ.net and get some ideas from all the games ported and created for the PSP

i think KIrby in Dreamland could be down its a very short game and very basic control but then again control on the zune are still limited and really the zune dosnt have enough...but sure prove me wrong cause i want this game too ^_^

yeah, u can do the kirby in 2d style for original gameboy, makes me want to play it right now. that game was fun, u could click on touchpad/ middle button on zune30, to suck in air and fly.. it'd be alot of work to not rip it though, so emulator would be best bet..

Anyway I think he's right. It would actually be pretty hard without the copyright. I'm actually requesting a game right now that probably is copyrighted.

Kirby 64 is out of the question obviously but maybe someone could make a mock-up.

how could someone not know about old school kirby games... the nes one was awesome and the ones for snes were just down right amazing, with the 2 player and what not, not saying it's possible on zune well it's possible just would be really hard to make and would prob never go into production
