What do you mean by "Flash Player" ???
Flash player for the PC is for watching movies
If that's what you mean, then no . "Not until the firmware is hacked"

As I've stated in other threads, reading those SWF files is just ridiculously simple for a decent programmer. The massive challenge is creating the ActionScript virtual machine (and getting it running well) and then handling the fact that Flash is all vector based whereas the XNA drawing APIs are all pixel based meaning you have to write your own vector renderer. Neither of these are easy on the PC, so on the Zune it would be incredibly difficult. I highly doubt you will ever see a performant Flash player (if any Flash player at all) on the Zune.

If it's for videos, I believe a few converters out there on the web can put this in formats compatible with the Zune, but if it's for games, then Sim is right. But I'd really love to see this happen, we'll just have to wait and see if Microsoft ever makes that happen! :]
