Metalslug Anyone?

Metalslug is one of my all time favourite 2D Side-scrolling/shooting games. I'm sure it's probably possible to play it on the Zune, my only question is that would it have to be something created entirely from scratch, or could it be ported?

I second that Idea, I LOVE metal slug maybe someone will take on this project but for now all we can do is hope

i have the control scheme, play for shootin ,center jump,back for nades and the rest for movin'

i would love that game on my zune i like that fact that every one is trying to get actual games on the zune not just the normal 5 minute games that you get bored with quick

Yes, but people need to start coming up with original ideas, as most games get into copyright trouble

yeah that true , make a twist to it make some diffrent stuff and change the name that should stop that problem most gmaes that are out made by companys are remakes of another companys game with a twist and diffrent name look at grand theft auto then look at saints row , preety much the same just diffrent name diffrent abilitys and diffrent storys and with the makers own twist ,we could do that with this right ?

Metal slug would be great...
disapointing though, probably would lag a bunch if u had more than 1 level and even just with 1 level it might lag like crap

Maybe if the title screen was just the tank with spinning treads and it had a start game button with no reference to metal slug at all
