could some one make an app lk scum or pocket gba in a smaller zune formate so roms could be put in teh HDD, and loaded in the emulator app?

why not just take the binaries for an snes emulator for windows and modify it for zune

I tried. Unfortunately, the current xna SNES emulator requires modules currently only available in windows/Xbox 360 XNA .DLLs.
