Just the old classic, with a High Score and your Initials as your trophy. Oldschool. Perhaps develop further to share high score tables online through a social interface?

Asteroids is a REAL OLD GAME which originally used a non-raster type screen (used lines and angles instead of pixels, AKA Vector graphics) which had you as a ship in the shape of a capital A, shooting at asteroids and alien ships with bullets.. every time you destroy every asteroid in the field of space, (by rotating around the center of the screen or wherever your ship is, moving using your thrusters, or by using the warp function ... and firing bullets which come from the top - center of your ship) the level is completed and you begin a new level. Each asteroid has 3 stages, LARGE:Medium:small, and each LARGE asteroid spawns like 2 Medium Asteroids, and each Medium Asteroid spawns 2 small asteroids. Alien UFOs fire back at you, and they have about 3 sizes, the smallest of which has the best aim, and you need to shoot them before they shoot you, as the larger UFOs tend to not hit you very often. Also, if I remember correctly, Asteroids was made by Atari.
