Pokemon isn't all it's cracked up to be, doable? yes, and emulation isn't a question here. I believe that there are other games that would be better ported to XNA for Zune than pokemon... but which?? a final fantasy style game would be cool, but more likely to be a 16-32 bit game experience on a 2 - 2.5 dimensional perspective. 2.5D would be hard to code and make art for, but 2D can be easy enough... I'm guessing a more Zelda-like game would be more reasonable than pokemon, Final fantasy games would require a lot of thinking before simplifying it to the zune control schemes. This is all just my opinion, so don't take offense to anything I've said here, if you dissagree, so be it, if you feel like posting a counterpoint, go for it.. but I won't fight you.

Seriously, I don't think any RPG really has issues with controlling on the zune. It has a full dpad and a/b/start. All it needs.

how about a two worlds style multiplayer rpg, but with 8 or 16 bit graphics? go through pokemon with another person who is wondering "what the hell am I doing?"
