As for battery consumption. they do sell portable rechargers...i found one...but i didn't get it...YET!

I can actually see this happening aslong as screen resolution and file size aren't a problem.

I'm almost 100% sure that there is a 16MB file size limit for all games. I'm not a programmer, though, so I don't know how much space this would take up.

Well, that's all I've seen in relation to storage as a result of my five minute Google search. I guess I'll just have to wait on some more concrete information. Or at least a more up-to-date link. The XNA website says the same thing, though.
