I tried putting the first ten episodes of the Dilbert cartoon on my zune. The videos were in AVI format and already 320 X 240. When I played them they were in great shape, yet when i put them on my zune using the hack, they were nothing but blurry slide shows. The audio was the same but the video was awful. Does anyone have any ideas?

Umm well it doesnt work for me. It does sync into my zune software but it didnt convert it. and my video files are .avi and so I can't play those files

i think k-lite is screwing this up for me, my zune won't even accept .mp4's or .wmv's

for real, all i get when syncing is errors

what ever, they dont even convert at all for me

I have Vista, and i download the files, i click on them and they install, and at the end i cant even add divx files.

can the hack be removed, its a registry mod so can you remove it if it isnt working properly?

Well I've sat here and read through all the post on this subject and I've noticed that all the people who has actually gotten this too work arent putting up much information?
If you're able to convert and sync your avi files etc into zune without issue can you please post the version of windows media player, codecs you currently use, and os.
Something for us to go on... cuz right now it seems to be about half and half. It works for some and doesnt for others.

Oh: I currently have Win Media player 11, Combined-Community-Codec-Pack-2007-02-22, and Im trying to sync/convert (anime) 3x3 eyes 01.avi and just for a side note I also have divX player/codecs installed too.

Having third-party codecs installed seems to be causing a problem. Specifically K-Lite codec pack. That one guy said this hack didn't work until after he uninstalled K-Lite.

Oh, and questions/comments like these really make me angry:

That's what it says... but you could always spend a few seconds and start up the Zune program to see if it worked...

Ok it says it converted them but when I try to play the video on the zune software player it does not work and just goes on to the next video in line on the but it syncs and plays perfectly on my zune.

Having some trouble getting this to work on Vista Ultimate 64 with CCCP installed.

I was hoping it was as simple as fixing the file paths in a few areas (\program files\ -> \program files(x86)\ ). No luck.

Start looking through my registry and found similar paths that already existed in the current_user hive. Not that it should have made any difference, but I tried adding the keys to both hives. Still no luck.

I'm still unable to add any of the filetypes to my library in order to sync/convert them.

Has anyone got this working on Vista Ultimate?
