Having third-party codecs installed seems to be causing a problem. Specifically K-Lite codec pack. That one guy said this hack didn't work until after he uninstalled K-Lite.

Umm well it doesnt work for me. It does sync into my zune software but it didnt convert it. and my video files are .avi and so I can't play those files
