Use reverse sync.
In the software (with the Zune connected), click Device, then music, select the songs you want and drag them to the computer icon in the bottom left corner.

how do i specify a specific folder to put it into?

It should automatically go to "My Music --> Zune". It also could be in one of those subfolders.

the reverse synced content will automatically go into your collection folder, it should be in the my music folder, and the the zune folder. you can also do a search for the music by going to start then search. Once you find it just drag it to where ever you want
