Is there a way to downgrade from software 3.0 to 2.5 without...

I'm trying to help a fellow member of the ZuneBoards community with a problem he's having with reverse sync. Since nothing seems to be working, I recommended that he downgrade the software to 2.5 so that he can use the HD hack again.

He wants to save the media on his zune, so he can't delete any zune content. I swear i've read about downgrading just the software from 3.0 to 2.5. This is possible, correct? And I would be greatly obliged if someone could point me in the right direction as to how to go about the process. If you could also provide links to the files, that'd be great.

But you were still able to copy the files that you needed from your zune to the computer. After that, he is going to upgrade again.
