You don't, you have to extract them with WinRAR or 7zip before you can install anything, as is described on the game package topic, which is where I assumed you got the games.

The easiest option is to download the .ccgame version instead, then follow the instructions in this document.
Truck, my guess is that he used the games package, which is a single .rar file with all the .ccgames inside. He needs WinRAR/7zip to get to those unless he downloads separately.

I know what the bundle is. I linked to the instructions I wrote for the bundle, so it should be even easier to understand then.

Once they're extracted, there should be .ccgame extensions on the game. If you have the needed programs, then all you do is click the game you want and let it go.
