Angry Hmmm... probably just stupid, but why isnt this working?
Ok, I want to install games, and i downloaded Microsoft Visual C# 2008 Express Edition, XNA game studio 3, and Zip-7. I was following the instructions like it said, but when i opened up C#, there was no button to add a device, I tried manually going through the menus and found it, but it is usable to click, and highlighted in gray.

You need to open up XNA Game Studio Device Center to add a device

You don't want to open C# first, you want to do this:
Start Menu>All Programs>Microsoft XNA Game Studio 3.0>XNA Game Studio Device Center
Open that to add in your device.
