The latest version, which doesn't work with the latest Zune software anyway, is available as part of zSuite on DarkZune. That site is at least up most of the time (but the download requires registration).
Downloads that require registration are not permissible in the Zune Games forum group, but that rule apparently doesn't exist elsewhere.
