The version does not work with the new software; however, I'm nearly done with the next version that does work with the new software.

ive put the correct file name in wich is ,c:/Program files/zune, and it says it doesnt exist but it does exist. what do i do now

okay, so i have done this
Installation Instructions
1. Download the file.
2. Turn off the Zune software
2. Place the file inside your Zune program files folder. (Usually at c:/Program Files/Zune/)
3. Run the file.
4. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done!

but i can't start my zune software
i get this message
"microsoft Zune has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
And it says "please tell microsoft aobut this problem"
and it is like "send error report" or "don't send"

Please help! If you don't know how to make it work than please just forget the background and help me just get the software starting again.

Hello all! I'm new to the forums and I was wondering if the background hack works with the latest software? It was kind of dumb for Microsoft to only give you the option to use a few images as a background...

when I press start it says "file to be patched does not exist!" For the file to be patched i wrote this.....C:/Program Files/Zune/
....so what am i doing wrong?

I need help, it says that it needs to close? As in, when I run the zune software, please help!

The slashes are in the wrong direction!

You'll want to type in C:\Program Files\Zune\ZuneShellResources.dll for both of the blanks, and it should work fine.
