It has been around since mid 2006, if I'm not mistaken. In 2007-2008 (I believe) it was sold to crowdgather for around $60,000. Nice work by
LPX , who was 15 or so when he made the site.
I remember all of these things... like Charge's avatar, and stkr being section, and vette being cloud.... it seems like it was longer than a year ago...

From what I've heard, most of it went towards fees and presents that he got for people. He didn't pocket all of it. You'd have to ask him, though.

OR.. They figured out user(ads x visit) x day(hits x views) and figured out there turnover over there "x" length "renting" period, took out a loan, and regained the money over a year or so.
