1. It dos not matter who you vote for.
2. One candidate will screw you in one way and the other in a different way.(Look at you're choices: Bush v2 or the Antichrist)
3. Best option is to vote minority party so you can bitch about both candidates and still say you voted.

The government is supposed to be secular. Why do you care if he hates the Bible or not?

A large part of Obama's voters are white. I doubt they would vote for someone who hates whites.

I dislike obama because I'm a republican. Plus, everyone says McCain is bushes "3rd term," i don't believe that because McCain actually went to Vietnam, unlike bush, and that puts what war dose to people in the mind of McCain when it comes to foreign policy, so McCain's decision making abilities are better than obama's (that is in my opinion).

The main reason I put this is because most people seem to adore him on the internet. There's even a weekly "John Mccain will doom us all" video on youtube that garners hundreds of thousnads of hits. Since his main support comes from 20-something year old youngsters, which is what this forum is most likely populated with (and who are least likely to actually go out and vote), I wanted to see the reaction that my comment would get. The thing is is i think the US is ready for change but im not sure what either of these guys could do. We need to be independant from foreign oil, and that is not going to hapen if we open up drilling in the us it will postpone the inevitable. but we need to spend more on new sources but i dont know who could bring about that change and I think a black man could provide change more than a 60something year old white dude, but McCain has more experience. I'm not sure anymore.

And I don't like the whole "change" crap either. His policies are no different than some of our past presidents'. The only thing that'll seem to change is that instead of a white dude it'll be a half-african dude.

I'm actually for offshore drilling. I know it will postpone the inevetable, but it's not like we're gonna have an alternative fuel source the moment we stop using oil. In that case, I'd rather it not be 5.00+ a gallon until then.
