I LIVE IN NEW YORK AND GOING TO WORK EVERYDAY (WELL FOR THE SUMMER) WHEN I TAKE THE TRAIN THE FIRST THING I SEE IS A IPOD (DON'T LIE TO YOURSELF) AND AT FIRST WHEN THE I TOUCH FIRST CAME OUT PEOPLE HAD NANOS (2ND GEN) AND NOW WHAT DO I SEE MEN WOMEN LITTLE KIDS HAVING AN IPOD TOUCH STRAPPED TO THEIR WASTE (WHERE A PHONE SHOULD BE ....AND YET WHERE ARE THE ZUNES?
BUT AFTER WORK, I WAS GOING HOME AND SURPRISINGLY ON THE TRAIN I SAW THIS GIRL WITH A PINK ZUNE AND I THOUGHT TO MYSELF ..... I WONDER IF WE COULD SHARE SOME SONGS WITH THE SOCIAL THING ON THE ZUNE BUT HOW WOULD IT LOOK IF SOME STRANGER CAME UP TO YOU CAN ASK IF YOU CAN SEND SONGS TO THEM?.......(SHE PROBLY WOULD THINK IM A PERVERT )

This is quite an old article and many of the issues Microsoft were supposed to face with the zune in 2007 never did happen..
Reading through it i don't, however, agree with the authors statement about zune 80s being unavailable.

He compares the "limited quantity's" of the zune to that of the Wii.. is this guy nuts? Zune 80s were widely available about a month or two after release.. and here Nintendo is supposedly "producing units as fast as possible" nearly two YEARS after release and they are still almost impossible to get, not to mention some of the more popular games like Mario kart or Wii fit. The real truth is the Wii is the easiest and cheapest console to make.. Nintendo is simply keeping the supply low to keep the demand high.. And that is one thing Microsoft is or even was not doing. (grammar on the last sentence?)

Him and I were having the hardest time finding a Zune 80 after release because when we called stores, that people that helped us just told us that they did have 8g iPods..

i meant it as in if MS gives the zune the cold shoulder (give up on it) after a while y'all would be pissed and even worse (say to yourself why didn't i buy an ipod )

he could have started sending songs to her without saying a word to her, and she prob would start sending some back. and if he really wanted he could have hidden his zune so she wouldn't know who was sending and stuff
