Zune sucks

I really regret buying it now. I should have just bought a i-pod. I've had it for about 8 months and the software wont work. i've done the unzoon thing then reinstalled it and it still wont work its been messed up for about 3 months and i cant get it work. everybody else i know hasnt had any problems with their i-pods

|Yep, that's how you get help. Don't explain your problem.| Just outline your problem in the help section and there will, without a doubt, be people sweeping in to help you. Considering the fact that most people who haven't messed up their computers can get the software working, you obviously must have done something.

no one day i just try to get on so i could put on some new songs and it wont let me open it up

your computer might be out of date? drivers might of been removed? ever tried reinstalling the software? lately?

Uninstall with unzone and reinstall with windows.

it used to work fine but a couple of months ago it started saying this

and thats all it says and sorry for being so rude im just really stressed out with it

i did that 3 times already tonight and its still not working

then you should either reinstall the program and reinstall your computer. and try not to double post..

The iPod has it's own issues. Most issues can be worked around, though (not that anyone should have to).

try going to windows update. there might be something wrong with your .net framework

there's a fairly new framework out anyway, it's not likely you have it.

Just use the tool: tool

with the software closed...open the software and it should start rebuilding the library *AFTER* you modified your tags...set your monitored folders if necessary.

I had an ipod and i know own a zune 30. and to be honest i have likes and dislikes about both of them. first of all the built in fm tuner and wi-fi syncing is great the only problem is the bunk ass software that microsoft made us use. i love the ipod but the screen is small no radio and the fact they break easy turn me off. im cool with the zune software now it just takes some time getting used to. but the zune could make some interface changes and make it easier to get around and make the battery more reliable

If you keep your cool and try multiple things it's bound to work and you'll love using your Zune.
