I hate my Zune

I don't know why the hell my zune did this. it deleted everything off of it. Wy? Why the hell did it do it? What the **** man!
I am so pissed. I put hours upon hours of work into it and now it's gone. ALl of it. God I'm so pissed.

You must have done a hard reset. Orrr, it isn't on guest mode, and you deleted the files or moved them(on your computer).

it's a gun... and yeah... I've had my zune completely corrupt ever single file on it before... pissed me off so bad. I was sound checking when it happened.

my brothers zune says it needs to erase all content to correct a problem then i click ok and it starts to erase everything. i didn't care cause i could just put it back on in a little while. after its done erasing everything it goes to the menu and it pops back up again. i've done this over and over and it never changes. i've reset and tried all of the button combos and still nothing.
