Well I can't speak for nurta but it seems like he's trying to make a point about all of the stupid "I hate XXX" or "I love XXX" posts that seem to be cropping up lately.

I know that personally I find those threads highly annoying and irrelevant to the supposed topic of these boards - the Zune. Don't even get me started on the threads that just rip off articles from DIGG or the random "have you smoked weed/would your rather.../etc." threads. I find it harder and harder to use this forum because there is so much crap to wade through. I wish people would keep the topics relating to the Zune, its competitors, and music. Isn't that what we're here for??

i dont think these boards are strictly zune. there is the zune talk forum/board which is dedicated to the zune and zuneboards but the rest can be whatever so long as they are relevant to the topic of the board (general/everday, tech, etc)

it would get boring to just talk about the zune, but to talk about lots of ther things with zuners is pretty amusing.

and i kinda sorta figured out what nurta was doing ( i think) but i think he went overboard :P

Well, I can see how tech stuff relates to the Zune. But Global warming? Drugs? People posting about how they think they are having heart attacks? Is this really the best place to be posting those things?

Or he could be doing it just to spite Stuart, who made the thread about no more hate threads. I think my explanation is more likely, since there are.. what was it.. six? six "I hate Stuart" threads.

So, you're proposing we get rid of the General Discussion section? The Serious Discussion section, the Welcoming section, Movies, T.V., Technology, Graphics.. please. No successful community stays strictly to it's main subject.

What "crap to wade through" are you referring to? Everything is in its respective section. If you don't want to "wade through crap," don't ****ing go to that section; it's that ****ing simple.

yes...it is. those forums are not for the zune....hence why there is a religion forum and humor forum and video game forum..so on and so on

i was trying to say the same thing but for some reason i couldnt make it sound as good as u :P ......i mean i came to zb for the zune but i stayed for all the other non-zune interesting discussions
