Default Frick Dell

Long story short, I am not very happy with my new dell desktop, the fan is really loud, and it came with problems out of the box.

Yesterday I requested a refund(Still no response to that) and now I am magically unable to access http://dell.com

What a ****ty way to run a company, this computer came with a 30day return policy, If they don't honor that, I will send the system back, call my card company and get a chargeback.

I like Dell, its just the luck of the draw, I hated zune support at first because I got the 'We'll call you' bull****. I ended up haveing to format my comp to reinstall zune, but that doesnt make them a ****y company.

Dell does really suck. I always hated them for no reason whatsoever, but now I have reason to.

I suppose I will tell a little more of the story. When my HDD failed, I requested a replacement and received a refurbished disk. I told them I would not accept refurbished parts. They then promised to overnight me a "Brand New" HDD I again received a refurbished part. I finally asked to speak with a supervisor that told me "Refurbished" meant it had an OS on it. I told them I wanted a "Brand New" one and this was the third time I had called. They then said in order to get a brand new one, it would have to come blank, I agreed and the drive was shipped.

I've never liked Dell - they often use low-quality parts and have sloppy construction. I have never recommended any Dell besides the new-ish XPS M1330, which looks like it's much better than the average cheapo plastic crap they normally push out.

Yea, Dell sucks. My man has a Dell computer. It's given him so many problems. He's had to system restore the thing like 70 million times.

Building it yourself is without a doubt the way to go. Other than saving a few hundred dollars on my system, it looks WAY cooler, it's WAY quieter, and I have the satisfaction of having built something myself. It's pretty nice.

Sure but if your fan is loud, then you can't exactly call support for a new one...
