You will have to open up your zune software with your zune plugged in, right click the name in the left panel and select look for firmware updates. You don't need to download this file, it is here purely for reference.

every time I try to update my zune the download fails and this message appears
the update it's not available because an error ocurred, try again later (or something like that)

that's why I asked How to install the .bin files that I download from here?

if anyone can help me please

That suggests that a problem with your software, either make a post in the Zune Software Problems and Support section or contact Microsoft Technical support.
